When knowing that someone is spamming a letter like 12121221212122121, u know u want them to stahp. SOOOO remember just that u can either do /report (username) on good servers or call a mod using ex: /msg Robitybobity Calico is a fly hacker in my game) or so.

In poor servers, ask the admin to mute them because they are usaully on to "protect" the server.
