Ok so here is tutorial on how to upload projects to PMC.
I'm doing this because I've seen alot of topics on this recently.

Locating your World Save

1: On Windows 7/Vista, hit the Windows key + r and type in %appdata%/.minecraft
This takes you to your .minecraft folder

2: Locate your "saves" file and open it

3: Find the save that you want to upload and right-click it. There should be an option near the bottom that reads "Send to..." Click it and select the "Compressed (zipped) folder"

4: After you make that zipped folder, drag it out to the desktop (I find it easier to locate here)

Uploading your World Save to the Web

1: Next, open your web browser. I suggest FireFox. You can get it Here

2: Go to Mediafire.com or just click here

3: Register your account (If you already have a Mediafire account, proceed to step 4 )

4: Once you are on your account home page, you will see a link near the top-left side of the page that reads "Upload" Click it

5: A pop-up screen will appear with a big + in the middle of it. Click that

6: Locate the desktop option, click it, and then find your world save. Click that

7: Now, click the green "Begin upload" button on the bottom-right corner of that pop-up window and wait for it to finish uploading and then close out the window

8: You should see your file that you uploaded on that page now. Click it

9: Now that will take you to the page where you can download it. Highlight the URL from the browser search bar and click Ctrl+c and the same time. This copies that URL

Uploading your World Save to PMC

1: Now go back to PlanetMinecraft and click the "PROJECTS" tab at the top

2: Under the highlight reel, there will be a tab that says "UPLOAD PROJECT" Click it

3: On the page that opens up, make sure the "Publish Live" box is checked
(If you are entering the Project Contest, check that box instead)

4: Enter any info you would like about your project. You can also upload screenshots and videos by clicking the "Images & Videos" tab

5: After you have all the info you like, scroll down to the bottom and the second thing from the bottom will read "World Download URL"
Put that URL from Mediafire in that

6: Click "SAVE" at the top of the page

7: Enjoy!

Thanks for reading this blog!

Windows 7 is surprisingly similar to Windows 10. I should know, I use both. This should work the same in Windows 10.

Do you have to be a certain age (or higher) to use MediaFire?

EDIT:

I read on in the "Agreement" and found out that you have to be 13 to use free version, 18 if it's a paid version.
