Idea:redstone electrical wire

The Redstone Electrical wire or REW will act as a trap and redstone wire but you can hang it witch meaning you don't have to always have it on the ground but its main purpose is for towns that have griefing problems so that the griefer get shocked if the break it because if its connected to fences the blocks connected to it will be electrified and the griefers will not break it and the fun think about it is you can control its speed and with a redstone torch beside it will automatically lock it without a fuss and it never gives out even if the source gives out because the electric signal left will go strait to the end of it.
