In the Beginning
Prologue
When Steve was born, he lived in a life of prosperity and freedom. The cities were prosperous with wealthy trading communities. Job specialization was very easy to come by. Life was good and the night was a happy, lively time. Steve had a brother named Steven; he was an older brother of Steve and got into trouble usually. They both lived in a small house that suited them both comfortably. Steve loved to build; he worked on the house and tended the garden, he helped gather crops and supplies for the villagers in the village. Steven was a miner and a builder; he built the most magnificent works of art and buildings. He mined all day and night with pleasure and fun. He also built shelters in the places to keep chests in, He called these dungeons. The dungeons held the monsters in so nobody could get to them. By this time the monsters only lived underground and in caves. Since these two brothers were very industrious, they worked well together and they had a happy life, but it was not happy forever.
One day, Steven was mining. He had dug deeper than anyone had before and he reached a purple block. He tried mining the block but it would not break, he decided to mine the block until it broke. When Steven mined the block he fell, he fell very far and he landed in the void. He was just floating there when his heart beat at an uncontrollable pace.
“AUGHHHHH!” Steven screamed. Steven’s body started to grow cold, his blue eyes begin to get infected, and soon they turned white. His white eyes lit up the void. He could see what was imperfect and perfect in the world. He could create anything from pure will, and that’s what he did.
“I need a new name” Steven said. “Herobrine, I will call myself Herobrine!” Herobrine made temples; they summoned monsters and traps for all adventures. Then Herobrine created a world of death and misery which he called; The Nether the Nether could only be opened by a portal, which he summoned in various locations to wreak havoc on, but not yet, Herobrine thought to himself that he needed to wait on this whole scheme, he decided to visit his brother.
Chapter 2
Steve was working on his house when he heard a knock at the door; he went to the door and opened the door.
“Steven where have you been?” Steve asked. “And what happened to your eyes?”
“Who’s Steven?” Herobrine replied.
“Your brother!” “Have you lost your mind?”
Herobrine rushed at Steve and choked him, his hands tightened on his throat.
“Stop Steven, your killing me!” Steve gasped
“I’m Herobrine”He said. With that, Herobrine let go and dashed off. Soon after that, Steve wrote letters to the villagers to: Beware of my brother; he is not what he seems. Herobrine decided to add a few touches to his scheme. He created a new realm; called the End. The End was a place of beings that could teleport and sense fear when you looked into their eyes. Their leader was a dragon, when Herobrine created him; he made the dragon loyal to him and only him. The dragon would kill on sight. Finally, Herobrine created the night. The night was when at nighttime, monsters summoned to take control of the land, but at daytime, they would leave. That night, Herobrine hatched his plan; he created a Nether portal near a village and went to work.
“Daddy?”
“Yes son?”
“I’m scared.”
“Of what son?”
“The monsters.”
Steve heard a scream in the distance when he saw flying white creatures and zombie pigman terrorize the village. Steve hopped on his horse and rode into the village. Steve pulled out his sword and fought the monsters. He created a barrier around the portal but by then it was too late, villagers scattered everywhere and ran off to other places such as the desert in fear. Suddenly a girl came riding from out on the prairie on a horse, her name was Alex.
Alex grew up with Steve but they were separated at birth for an unknown reason. Alex recognized Steve but he did not recognize her.
“My name is Alex!” she yelled.
“Steve!” he replied.
They fought together against the monster. Suddenly, a giant golem appeared from a house. The golem knocked over the monsters, flinging them up in the air.
“Hello Steve!” the smithy said, “Like the golem?, it is my own design!”
“Good, we can use things like this to destroy the monsters.” Replied Steve.
While Steve was fighting, Herobrine was wiping out entire civilizations and mutated some of the animals and villagers. He turned pigs into zombie pigs, created a being known as The Wither, and created a rabbit that would kill everyone. When Herobrine was done, he rode on his dragon to greet Steve and Alex.
“Steve!” Herobrine said, “Isn't this great?”
“Hardly.” Steve replied
“Well I’m glad you think so.” Then Herobrine flew at them and attacked Steve. Alex was knocked to the side and slammed her head against the wall of a house. Herobrine dismounted the dragon and it attacked and destroyed the golems.
“You will die!” Herobrine said as he pushed Steve into the ground. “Give up Steve, you won’t live!”
“I will.” Steve said as he got up but fell because he was very weak and injured. Steve desperately swung the sword at Herobrine but it missed.
“You never learn” Herobrine smirked. Herobrine summoned a giant lightning bolt that came from the sky.
Herobrine destroyed everything around him, including Alex, there was nothing left of the house, or the village, or Alex.
“What! How did you not die?” Herobrine said with surprise.
“I used a potion of strength.”
Then Steve got the strength and stabbed his sword into Herobrine. Herobrine was stunned and wounded, when he pulled the sword out of himself, he ran away. Steve then fell asleep.
Epilogue
Steve awoke in a strange area which he had not seen before. There was no sign of humans, or anything else except the ocean and the land. He had to start from scratch and survive the night. Then Steve said,
“I will find Herobrine, and Alex, I will never rest until I find them”, and Steve set off on his adventure.
