Hello, and welcome to my interview with r a i n b o w! ♥ They're a well-known skin creator who is known for making insane amounts of content, as well as their distinctive shading style x They're quite active here in the PMC community as well! I hope you enjoy our interview. :)

1. What inspired you to start making Minecraft skins?
1. uhh honestly i think i just saw pmcskin3d one day and was like huh whats that lmao then since i didnt know what to make i made my first skin literally copying some random persons on skindex LMAOOOO but i think my first skins were actually on this skinning app i had when i was like 8? and it made u pay extra to use the outer layer :sob: but they were all absolutely awful LMAOOO
2. How did you discover PMC? What is one of your favourite memories of the site?
2. i discovered it cus i think it was grian? mentioned it in a video saying theres loads of banners on here which are good for building so i made an acc then but only actually tried pncskin3d when another ytber i used to watch mentioned it and i was like hang on i swear i have an acc on that LMAOOO. my favourite memories are probably things like receiving fanskins cus theyre all so special to me especially fanart cus it takes sm time its really lovely to see what yall create :D (also getting finalists in the recent official jam hehehe)
3. Do you have a persona? If so, what inspired you to create them?
3. yes! tho honestly its the most boring design choice ever cus since i was 7 my username was rainbowgirl8910 (now its obviuosly just rainbow or rainbowonpmc) so i made a rainbow girl :skull: ngl its kinda cute tho and i love how its like immediately recognisable as my persona but is still like not too complex lmao
4. Do you have a favourite submission that you've made? Your favourite that someone else has made?
4. omg thats hardddd. for design stuff definitely this and this which is so old LMAOO and honestly awful but idky i just adore the design. for gradients definitely this one im so proud of the hair but i like 90% of my most recent skins cus ive finally learnt how to shade LMAOOOO
5. Who would you say has influenced or inspired you the most on PMC?
5. omg i have so many favourite skinners but ive gotta say moth (iantisocial) and kat (katress) were huge inspirations for a long time and jas (Jasmine_) really helped me learn to shade <3 i copied leos ( aquarine) hair shading for so long (im sorry) but since then ive tried to make sure my style is unique. i probably take biggest shading inspo rn from mili MewLee cus the way he shades is just amazing and hes also just a rlly nice guy LMAO
6. What other hobbies do you enjoy outside of PMC? Is there anything you've never done before, but would especially like to try doing in the future?
6. ok so i really like to draw but i dont much outside of my school work so unfortunately cant share it online, i also love to sing and can play a tiny bit of guiyar to assist that lmao. my biggest hobby outside of skinning tho is probably taekwondo - im 1st dan and have been going for 8 years and i absolutely love it lmao(i do 3 and a half hours a week lmao)
7. What is one of your favourite memories here on PMC? An event you particularly enjoyed taking part in (official or community-held)?
7. lmao i kinda already answered this but getting fanart and fanskins that arent for skinfight is so lovely. probably one if my favourite memories was i made this like canvas thing where everyone with the link was free to draw and i got some lovely fanart of there it was so nice
8. What would you consider your greatest accomplishment here on PMC? In real life?
8. probably just now getting to level 60 which is wild lmao and also when i have like huge names on skindex enter my contests that feels really nice lmao. irl (tw) probably getting better from my d-pression honestly - for like 5 years of my life i felt like little reason to live and go about my life anymore but now im like actually happy and have friends and a girlfriend of over a year and its honestly just incredible the support ive received both irl and on pmc honestly and im very proud of getting better <3 if anyone is struggling know that it does get better, it may take years and it may get worse immediately after but i promise u no matter what u believe u will get better no matter how impossible it seems <3333
9. What advice would you give to a new PMC member?
9) oh god thats hard - for skinners id definitely say enter reshade contests immediately it will help you massively with learning how to create shapes in skins. also go out and like things and comment on things and join jams so that prople learn who you are! for shading its mostly practice but sometimes just find someones shading style u like and replicate it on ur own skin just to understand how the shading works and what parts should be dark and light and then create ur own style based off of that understanding of shadows. also for skindex dont massively tint ur skins LMAOOO they look very bland compared to everyone elses a small tint goes a long way
10. What is one cause that you especially believe in? Would you like to say anything about it to the community?

10. uhhhhh idk i mean im obviously lgbt so i support that very strongly - id probably say to people that if ur using religion to fight it please take a look at the overriding messages of ur religion to love other people and recognise the suffering u will cause to others by hating on them. i cant change something i am born with, i will always like both men and women and i always have done my entire life. please dont disrespect people for that. i wont go into gender cus ik i get very heated with that hahahha. and on that note DO NOT go and comment on this going yada yada yada this is wrong i hate other people for no good reason other than a couple quotes and DO NOT go and attack anybody if they agree OR disagree with me else ull earn urself a block :D
11. Do you have a current goal for your content?
11. mostly to try and constantly improve my skins and become more well known tbh i love to constantly improve and i hope my constantly changing style shows that
12. How would you describe yourself in three words?
12. omg thats hard uhhhh creative opinionated and way too hyperfixated on skinning LMAOOOOO thats not 3 words
