Here I am on my 3rd interview already, if I knew I would get this much of a response I would have hired a whole team.
This time I'm interviewing Tiresh, I met him way back when he was still building onto his city.
Also this is quoted from Tiresh >_>
With that said, lets Begin!
After I accidentally found Minecraft I started to play on the Classic servers because I found it really cool. I thought that it was kinda an easy way to show off my creativity. My first bigger thing that I've made was Columbia...yes, the same city that already is on my profile. And here we can move to question No2!
.I came to PMC bit more than a year ago, because I was looking for a site where I could post my creations and share them with the entire world. That was mainly connected with the fact that I already had premium Minecraft and I was making things in Beta. Then I thought - Why not make a "beta" Columbia? I started building it and when I thought that it was nice and big enough I wanted to post it somewhere, that's when I found PMC.
I find PMC really easy in use. They way that you can check skins/projects/textures, the quality of the...well... most submissions is really high, so there's always something interesting to check/ Also, community of PMC is really nice and if I need some kind of opinion or help, there's always someone that will be able to help. I also like to help and share my opinions with other people so you can always ask for help or advice.
Oh boy... Columbia took me over 11 months already, but it's not really the time I was building it. I started Columbia as a city BASED on Columbia. It was made of various real life buildings put into the scenery of Columbia. It was the time when I based everything on trailers, pictures and concept arts. Months later, when the game was almost out, I had enough materials to start building proper Columbia. So the "real, proper parts of Columbia" took me about 4-5 months. It's not like I spent 11 months building everyday, God no. I couldn't do that. I build when I want or when I feel like it. Recently I've finished the most known landmark of Columbia - The Monument Island. I still have a lot of things to make in the city, but the first version of the download will be available soon :)
No, not really. I never had a reason to give up on doing it, simply because I never got criticized... If there had to be a reason, it would be the negative criticism. But not like "Oh your building sucks", because that simply doesn't bother me (I'm used to say: Don't like it? Make a better one then.) I mean justified and comprehensive criticism with a lot of reasons explaining why I suck and I should stop building xD People say: Oh it's so cool; Oh that's awesome; etc. So I just wanna continue doing it for my "fans" (That's a lie... I'm not cool enough to have fans xD)
The Blue Head huh? He's based on the design of Matryoshka song, sang by Vocaloid(s). Theme is pretty simple, but theres a huge variety of designs that people created for it. I've gone for ...well I can't even name what I did. I just made THAT and it is. As simple as that O:
What do I do? Nothing hahaha. Well, I live in a pretty cool area of the polish seaside called Tricity so there's always something to do. I go out with friends, I'm doing stupid things, I ride my bike (AW YISS I LUV IT), I go swimming from time to time (years ago I was winning different competitions, now I'm too lazy to do that haha), I read...A LOT. I just read books with the speed of light, so I always need new stuff to read :P I also play a lot of games of different types. Borderlands, Bioshock, Alice Madness Returns, Sim City... and many many more. (As you can see I have a pretty weird taste of games :D)
(Midnight) What's your favorite color?
Bleu de France
(Jetra): What is your favorite song of all time?
Omg...I can't answer that simply because I don't have one D: I mean... I would have to think for a year and that wouldn't be enough. I have a lot of songs that I like, but something like ONE SONG of all time, doesn't exist for me :( It's also connected with the fact that I listen to maaany many different music genres so it's hard for me to stick to one of them P:
(DaAwesomePwner): What does your name mean?
Tiresh? It's a funny (NOT) story cause: I was in the city, going by different shops, and someone was talking on the phone. I was right next to the Moto Shop with random stuff, and there were some Tires on the exhibit. At the same time I was passing it by, someone said SHHHH and I thought - Tire-shhhhh ...Tiresh? Sounds fun. LET'S USE IT! (I told you it's not a fun story xD)
(TehEpicKewlioness): Do you like cheese?
I do. I love cheese. All kinds of cheese! Gouda, Roquefort, Brie, Camembert, Maasdammer, Mozzarella, Tilsit Cheese, Parmesan... I don't care which one is it. I WANT IT!
(DarkySouls): How did you become that good on buildings?
Awwhhh come on D: I'm not good at building... or maybe that's what I think >_> I'm still learning. I didn't take any courses or something. I simply started building and...magic happens I think. Believe me, my builds halfway done are abominable. If someone needs help with building or something. I'm always here and on Skype which I won't give you c: If you wanna find me - Try. If you want me to help you (by giving advices and such) you can always ask me on the chat, or by PM or in any other way you find suitable :P
(Duckgod): Do you like ducks? xD
Small ducks are so cute c: Big ducks are like spawns of Satan. I tell you, it's true.
(TuckerstheIroncat): Do you like pirates
Yarrrrrrr! Pirates are cool! Especially cause they have cool flags :D Just look at Blackbeard's flag! Cool isn't it?!
(SlipB) When you build, what do you normally think about?
Mainly the thing that I'm building. But sometimes about other stuff which is not related to what I'm building. It's really hard to say, because well I don't have a brain... I can't think without one? Can I >_> ?
(SlipB) How would you react if Bioshock ceased to exist.
I...That can't happen! That will never happen! ...But if it would (For Songbird's sake NO!) happen...I think I would turn into a black hole of sadness :C
So: Polish doesn't count because I am Polish (Yes I am, just in case if you didn't know :D). I know Russian, English, French (all of these 3 fluently :D), Spanish (but not a lot of it), and I'm also learning Dutch which is absolutely IN-SANE I suck at it HAHAH! (Pssst. If anyone would like to help, do it :D
I don't really have one. I think that...uh... No. I don't have one.
But I will suck up, so my choice is Devil_in_Person >:D
Not really, I don't really care about fame or stuff like that. I would like to get more views on my Columbia and The Monument Island, but that's it :P I'm modest.. I think so haha.
Of course I did :D If anyone else wants to interview me.. DO IT!
If you will have a good reason to stalk me on Skype, I may add you for reasons. Mainly for help or giving advices. If you think that I am good at building, look at other builds - They are AWESOME. I'm just decent. If there's anything else that you would like to ask me - Do it. I will be happy to answer all of your questions :P
It was really great Interviewing Tiresh, he's always been an interesting person to talk to especially when he goes french on you ;D I hope you all enjoyed this (very long) interview!
