Java Help Needed

Heey! Yo! Hai! Its Youpkipj here,
till now ive only created basics mod like Instabreak and new recipes but i want to learn
java so i can try to make kinda pro mods!
can anyone help me with that?
Because that would be great!!!!

Ive just started 8th grade and i have wanted since i was in 6th grade to be a coder,
i know a little html but that cant help me on minecraft mods can it? =(
so therefore java could be my key to learn something new :L
if someone would be so kind to help me with that, ill be very very happy!

I only learnt java in university at the age of 19 and I've only got as far as I have because I've been playing around with code for years. The key things you need to learn about java and become comfortable with are: primitives vs objects; static vs instance; classes vs abstract classes vs interfaces; conditional statements such as if, for each, and while; important objects such as ArrayLists, TreeMaps, HashMaps, TreeSets etc. as well as how you structure class and method declarations. Java is like piloting a helicopter, millions of buttons, but once you know what they all do, it's one heck of a cool gadget.

It's impossible for me to teach you java, since I have no idea, when you read code, what parts you understand and what parts you don't. Searching for example programs alongside explanations on the internet is probably the best way to go.
