I tried making a bukkit plugin, but it doesn't work when I type /test (my command).
Can you help, I will include a screenshot of the Java coding I made.

What error you get in console? Have you a manifest file? Have u a plugin.yml?

Can you put your plugin.yml file on pastebin and post a link?
It would be helpful to see that aswell.
