Sup People,

In this Blog i want to go over what makes a 'Good' Server.

Now i know most of you by now are thinking "damn! why did i click on this blog!"

Well, if you think that this is that boring then you can leave, but for people who actually want o read on, please do.

Okay. Enough Crap....... To The Point!

When i go onto a server for the first time, i look for the following things:

1. Is The Spawn Creative and not copied.
   
2. Does it guide me through what the server has, E.g. Minigames.
   
3. Is The Staff mature, and do they help
   
4. Do they have the donation set up properly, or do they just donate an amount through PayPal?
   
5. Is the server 'legit' do they have spawn-campers, that kill you as soon as you step outside spawn?
   
6. Donation Perks, do they have the perks that will make people want to donate?
   

On some servers the admins/moderators don't even help or they are just to cocky.

I on some occasions had to leave servers because i don;t get any help from the admins or moderators, i mean whats the point promoting them when they don't even help people they just ban and kick all the time!

If servers have spawn building that are copied from places around the web its what you call, Lazy People. People who just copy maps from places and take it for themselves. Nobody would want to see copied maps.

That's why when i make a map i don't copy anything, i work from my head! and on all of my maps you will see that i would have a little message saying something like this "If you use my map, i take ALL credit for it, and i would like something in exchange if it is used on any server E.g. [VIP] as i have taken my time into making this."

This goes onto another point i want to make.

If someone donates to your server etc. you don't just ban them just so you can have the money, that's just wrong. just imagine how you would feel if that happened to you! this is why i don't donate.

On my server VampireDog donated to me, i gave him more than he purchased, He brought VIP, instead i gave him Elite 2 donation ranks above because he was a loyal player.

and now i have reset my server, as soon as it goes public he will get his rank back because I'm not desperate for money!

So if you think you can ban people as soon as they donate, then you can officially say that you are SCAMS!
