Looking for Plugin Developer.

We here at MC-VG are looking for getting a new plugin but we do not know how to code plugins. We were wondering of someone out there would like to help us make a plugin. The plugin is going to be a Call of Duty plugin with TDM, Infected, OIC, Gun game, etc. and have alot of the CoD maps. We need help and we are willing to give out op and a free rank on our server for who ever contributes to this projects. Pls any dev out there who would like to try comment your skype name so we can get in contact.
