I'm here with another idea: Magic! I am aware that there are mods about this, I just don't know if they have something EXACTLY like this... and I want it in vanilla. What if there was another way to use exp? Just use a magic wand and...POOF! You get something. What if it also could give you effects? What if you could make enchanting bottles too? This sounds like alot, but me being me, it doesn't come cheap. first, let's go over the uses:
- Can spawn in almost any item (things like spawn eggs,bedrock,command blocks,ect. cannot be spawned)
- Can give you effects
All of these are at the cost of some exp.Though as I said, it comes at a price. First you must make a crystal orb

The crystal orb is blast proof. You can place it. And using levels you can change a crafted item to it's original items. To make the wand ,you do this:

Finally, Along with the ultimate wands and crystal orbs there needs to be cheaper items. Which brings me to the lesser wand.

It could do one of two things. One: Do actual spells using exp levels (EX:Fireball). Or two: do simple parlor tricks by combining this with the better witches and improved pets ideas to put a witch's hat in a magic orb and get a bunny spawn egg. :) Diamond,comment,subscribe,pull a rabbit out of a hat,wave a wand,and have a nice day!
