Not my first blog about villagers, but why not? Mind controllers can control what villagers do. This does seem a bit wrong and cruel, but this will make adventure maps easier. Easier making of trades, easier transports, and no invisible blocks. You could make excellent adventure maps without mcedit. (and if you haven't noticed, I've been talking about this problem for quite some time.) Basically you would craft mind control helmet, like this:
I R I
I E I
EEE
I=Iron
R=Redstone
E=Empty
Then, you put it on a villager. Next, you right click the helmet and set it to a numbered frequency. After that you create a remote like this:
EGE
I C I
I I I
I=Iron
G=Gold
C=Compass
E=Empty
You, then, set the frequency of the villager you wanted on the remote. Finally, you right click the remote and a GUI pops up to control the villager. There would be commands like: follow,stay,self destruct, and modify trade. Modify trade comes at a price, though. You have to have the items you want the villager to trade, the exact amount, and when you give it to the villager, he doesn't give you anything in return unless you do the trade afterward. Just to be clear, the self destruct only drops the helmet off, not the villager. Diamond, comment, subscribe, make a mod if you like, have a nice day!
