I can smell it.... the fresh smell of baked bread in the Furnace, just waiting to enter my dry mouth. I just woke up, my wife Dyle is making me breakfast. I enter the kitchen feeling groggy.

"Good morning sleep head." Dyle says, a big grin on her face.

"Uhhh.." I murmur feeling half asleep.

Dyle giggles and puts a plate with a slice of bread on it.

"Thanks hon." I say feeling a bit more alert.

"You still up for PVP with the guys, or are you too tired?"

I grunt, "I'm always up for PVP."

"Than you better get dressed, it starts at 10 remember?"

I gulp down my meal and get dressed in shiny iron armor. I pick up my diamond sword, feeling confident.

There's a knock on the door, I speed walk to go get it.

"HEEEEEEEEEEEEY!" My friends exclaim. "You ready to go?"

"Yep, let's go" I answer back.

"Be careful!" Dyle says in the background playfully.

Little that I knew, it wasn't

"CHEATER!!" kids exclaim. We're in the lead, nothing can stop us! We dash swinging our swords on the way. Feels great, the morning air, the wind in your face, the feeling of confidence, that you will win. Only one more to go.. and... and... YES! My friend Jarod got the final kill! We screech in victory, clanking our bowls of mushroom stew! Oh the feeling of victory!

"We total PWNED those guys!" Jarod exclaims.

"YEA YEA WE DID!!" I exclaim back.

I can wait to go home, tell Dyle all about it! I run home making room for whatever is for dinner. I have the feeling of wind in my face again... in a different way though. Smoke puffs over and burns my eyes, I can't see where I'm going. I collapse, looking up, seeing a creeper just a foot by my head.

"HEEELP!!" Dyle screams, with a zombie squishing her in his green slimy arms, about to bite and kill her.

I think fast, I jam my diamond sword into the creeper, leaving it to the ground with a THUD! I run over to Dyle, about to stab the flesh eating monster. Just as I come close.. it's too late. The zombie gnaws at her flesh, leaving me in horror and tears. She falls to the ground. I scream and rush to the zombie in rage and hatred. The zombie grabs me by the neck. Everything goes dark.
