So, I've been playing this map on a LAN server with my sisters, and it is without a doubt one of the best maps I've ever played. But... There is so much that Seth could've done with the idea that he didn't. Now that he has the basic redstone framework, I believe it's our job as a community to expand on the vision. I really think it could use more classes, CERTAINLY more maps, and maybe 6-8P support.
I've glanced at his redstone, and all of this is most definately possible, some of it might just take a while to accomplish. Honestly I don't think more classes would be hard to add at all, maybe it would just take a while to balance it out properly.
Has anyone taken on the task of expanding this project yet, and I just haven't seen it, or am I the first to suggest this?
I'm not a map maker, so I'll just suggest this and retreat back into my comfortable world of modding. But I think this project could be so much more, and I'll leave that with you.
I've enclosed how I would go about trying to do this below. Note that I know nothing about map-making.
MORE CLASSES:
1) Add pressure plates and Command blocks to the main class selection room.
2) Set up a chain of splash/dispenser chambers in which the player recieves his items and potion effects.
3) Tele him to the class selection room
MORE MAPS:
1) Build a map and worldedit over the hellish looking redstone scoreboard.
2) Appropriately change the commands in the command blocks to what they need to be at.
3) Add the buttons, and initial tele to the map at the map selection room.
