We have come a long way starting from the first version of Minecraft. Lots of updates, changes, and bug fixes. When mods came into Minecraft, it changed everything. The usage of the 'mods' folder was included. But now in 1.6.2, in my point of view, the 'mods' folder does nothing now. I found a very interesting and fun mod called Dragon Block C, so I went to it and looked at the installation instructions. It was for 1.6.2. The 2 things I needed were the mod and Minecraft Forge. I needed a place to put the mod information and configs. I needed the mods folder. And I thought, what's the use of downloading this mod if the 'mods' folder doesn't work anymore?
