This is just a little server I made today, it is slightly laggy sometimes (I am probably gonna see if my parents will let me get xfinity) but it will be very fun once people start playing on it, so far for managment I have 1 admin, 2 operators, and I still need a few moderators to keep track of my server when I'm not on (NOTE:my subscribers on planet minecraft get first dibs at the moderator job and everyone will have to send me an application to my email dubstepguy78@gmail.com OR through planet minecraft, whichever you would prefer saying how and why you qualify to be a mod on my server) and also you will need to contact me if you have any special requests from me.
