Well, it's been quite a while since Mojang enforced their EULA.

1. Any purchases in servers should not change gameplay.

Now servers cannot support themselves as there are no motivation for server players to donate. I own a server and I suffer from this problem.

2. No one can give out copies of any portion of Minecraft (software).

Well now bukkit's fate is in danger of dying. Dying of support. Bukkit has been our best replacement from Vanilla. Although I'm not quite sure if it will be discontinued but I'm pretty sure its community will be quite unhappy if it did.

And other from Bukkit, mods and plugins are in danger too. Before, I hoped that Mojang will officially support mods, but now, there is no hope. (Or at least little.)

Mojang, I hope you could fix this. I'm pretty sure that server owners are quite unhappy with this. Minecraft has a large variety of servers, and if any "pay to win" happens, people can easily change to other servers. You are ruining the community. It was perfect, and I believe you won't be losing any money if you never enforced it. But I guess no one would read this anyways ...
