ririroo: Thanks for joining us branncraft. What does every server need?
branncraft: The basics. They need a type of server (minigames, faction, ect.) and stick with it. Also, they need basic plugins such a Essentails and EssentailsProtect.
ririroo: What is the worst thing someone new can do when they join a server?
branncraft: The thing I hate the most is when people advertise then leave. Also, joining then asking for op or to become a staff member.

No offence, but in the interview he says you need the basic plugins "Essential protect." Really? Essentials protect and esentials antibuild, are about the useless plugin in the world.

As a server owner my self, essentails protect and anti build are VERY important! There is always those people who will come and destroy what you work hard on! In fact, that is why I not only have the plugin, but a whitelisted server. I'm not saying you are wrong, but that is my opinon.

I respect your opinion, and I am a server owner my self. But I tried to use those plugins, and they jut were the stupidest plugins in the world.

They are really hard to control, but once you get used to them it works a lot better.

I'm a server owner and yea it's a LOT of work that has to gointo a server tons ton & tons!

I have the best staff ever that helps me out alot I have the best webhost from GoDaddy thats SUPER CHEAP $14/mo, and I have the best server hosting Minerack 1GB/$4!

Overall my server is doing vary well with money, latly I got $31 from a fan of my server!

I agree, running a server is hard! It is important to have good staff. The server host I use is MCProhost. It is not to cheap,  but not to expensive, and provides great service too. That is awesome your fans support your server!

Personally, I'd rather bluehost, but it's way more expensive, but better quality hosting.

i own a server and the most common thing thats a "no go" is that they say

player: owner? 

Owner: yes?

Player: can i have op?



i hate that and they allready know it when ever the owner say no they rage quit grief or even worse hack "ddos"

I hate that so much too! The said part is they continue to ask on other servers! Why cant the noobs get that through their mind?
