So, a skin represents your player's identity on Minecraft.

Well, you don't want to look ugly on servers, don't you?
Let's get started!

Firstly, bases!

You can use bases to make skins, such as shirts, jackets, armour, pants, and even actual human skin!

Most bases include darker versions of the base colour on the side, mostly in between the legs, arms, and body.

This is the most basic way of shading any skin nowadays, great to start off if you're a beginner!

Secondly, HANDS!!!!
Sometimes hands are quite hard to master, but there is this easy trick you can use for your player's hands, gloves, and gauntlets.

This technique by Xenat is very easy to follow.
First, put an L shape on the front and back close to the bottom of the arms, then 4 pixels on the sides facing out.

It's quite hard to explain, but from the picture, it is very easy to observe.

Thirdly, hair.
Hair is actually quite easy to master, you'll find it hard at first, but after a while, it's gonna be as easy as drinking water.

Just draw a lot of vertical lines of the same hue coming down every other pixel, shade the lines you have drawn, and only lightly shade the rest of the hair.

This hair base by EuphoriaLuna is very commonly used for a lot of skins!

Finally, shoes.

I really don't know how to explain this at all. So there'll just be some pictures for you to observe.
