Minecraft stereotypes

So recently i have been talking to many non and actual players and i have come the conclusion that people who are playing minecraft are put under the category of hipster.According to several sources minecraft players spend their days on youtube or playing portal 2 and listening to dubstep and i'm not saying they are wrong i don't know these people but this does fit to me but is every player the same ? am i the typical minecraft player ? i would love to hear your minecraft stereotypes and your opinions !
