Minecraft Xbox 360 version just recently came out (May the 9th) in Australia and I was wondering "how do u play splitscreen?" And then I saw a tip a the bottom of the screen when Minecraft was loading. It said "If you play this game in High Definition mode you can have up to four players on the same console." So then I thought "HD mode huh?" and then in my mind i pictured HD = HDMI. So I went and bought a HDMI cord from BigW.
These are the instructions:
1) Make sure you have a HDTV or at least a tv that has a HDMI input.
2)Buy a HDMI cord.
2A) Plug the HDMI cord into your xbox 360 and TV.
3)Make sure you have 2 or more controllers and the same amount of profiles or more.
4)For no one on the internet to join make sure "online mode" and "invite only" aren't ticked
5)Make sure all people that want to play have a controller and are signed into a profile.
6) When in game press start on the other controllers twice to go into split screen mode.
7)Diamond, Comment or Subscribe!!!
