Hello everybody! This is TurtleOfDeath bringing you another mod review. The first on this account due to my last becoming inactive but i'll save that for another post. I've got a great minecraft application today! I am not calling this a mod review due to it not being a mod but rather an application. ModVoid provides a full idiot proof mod installing launcher.
Mod void is a steam like minecraft application built for easily installing mods by Magnet_man16. Even though it is still in its beta ModVoid has a well developed interface with a easy self explanatory installer. ModVoid currently has a small but growing array of mods to choose from. This interface is used for much more than just modding though. It also has a list of ID values for every item in the game, allows to easily access the minecraft folder, manage backups, backdate versions to 1.2.5 and even comes with a skin stealer.
The skin snatcher as it is properly called allows the user to type the name of the character's skin you'd like to steal and have it directly applied to your character or provides it as an available download.
I usually add the negative points here assuming I have something negative to say, but considering the only bad thing i can find is that it is still in beta I suppose i'll skip to the verdict.
The verdict - Mod Void is a compelling and astonishing minecraft application. It has many new ideas with a ton of helpful applications tacked on. When first viewing this mod I decided it would be sufficient due to its ability to quickly download mods. Once I installed this (though not expecting much in the beta) I came to see a impressive browser with many multi features included. So i'll be giving ModVoid a 10/10 This is definitely a mod I plan to use personally and I hope it will be on your list too!
