On my first day in Minecraft P.E., I was wondering how to play. I pressed play, pressed Creative thinking it was Classic and spawned on a mountain. I walked around and dug a hole straight down. Once I reached bedrock, I was like "Why won't this break?". I quit out of the world and played Creative again, still thinking it was Classic mode. I walked around until I found some water. Is this water, or is a blue block?, I thought. I tried to walk on it and I sank. I couldn't figure out how to get out. I quit the world and played Survival. When I saw hearts, I knew that meant lives. I didn't know what to do. I looked up how to play Minecraft and I found how to survive your first night. It talked about building a shelter and making a crafting table. Then it said to put the crafting table in your shelter. I thought it was a dirt block so in Minecraft P.E., I just put dirt there. Once, I was so bad that I did it in Creative mode. I wondered when night would fall. After a few minutes, I realized that you only do the shelter in Survival mode.
