if you want a survival server I think it would be fun to have a nice spawn with awesome architecture and open area but make a huge portion of the world super awesome terraforming with huge realistic mountains and palm trees in hilly deserts and huge trees hundreds of trees over a hundred blocks tall and interesting caves with crazy dungeons imagine how different that would be from regular minecraft and how fun that would be I would do the work myself just as long as these plugins are in

if you want a hungergames or survival games server make a new map something someone hasn't been done before all the people who played hunger games know all the maps and are probably really bored with them make something new something fresh with huge area to play don't make it look like naturally spawned terrain make huge temples with rare items but the only ways to get inside to them is left hard parkour over lava or right a hopper key system that will make a piston door open when you drop 2 iron swords in it (ill do the Redstone myself) remember always keep new and fresh people don't like stuff that's ben done before

if you want a Mine-Z server make some thing interesting make it harder to find certain items or water get some one to code items so tell act like grenades or flame throwers or a invisible cloaking devises just code over regular items I can make a texture pack so instead of a grenade looking like an apple it'll be a grenade after all I am a texture maker make a world with hidden secrets challenges parkour super leveled up zombies to fight and keep the players playing for hours until they die and play some more the can donate for ranks that have special kits with better items to start with
