I assume everyone with lag problems have tested out all kinds of ways to reduce lag.

Well i got a new one which i haven't heard of anywhere. And the best part: Its so fucking simple. Here is what you should do:

Step 1: Rightclick Minecraft

Step 2: Mouseover "Run with Graphicprocesser" or something like that

Step 3: When i do i have 2 options. 1: Standard Graphic and Nvidia-Processor with high performance. Click on the one that says "High performance".

Step 4: You are done. Enjoy a new, lagfree Minecraft (i actually got from 10 fps to 60 fps no shit)

If you have any problems please comment. Btw im not sure it works with other than windows 7.
