patcher problems

i want to use the mc patcher on "sphax pure BD" pack but im having problems.

i cant get mods and the patcher to cooperate.

andi can get it to patch hd textures (see pic)

what do i do? it has worked before on packs like dokucraft and herr sommers but it has suddenly stopped.
