1.What got you into making skins?
I had visited the Skindex site for awhile as a non-member, looking for MC skins to just wear in-game, and several months later I decided to get an account. In June, I got my account here- my first skins were terrible, please don't look at them! xD
2.How did you find PMC?
A good deal of my favorite skinners and friends were either moving here or getting accounts here, so I decided to check it out. I was very impressed, particularly by the modding and organization, and a few weeks later I got an account. It was originally named Ethereality; I changed my name to Elenwen because that is my real name; and then I changed it to Leia_ because she is my ultimate Star Wars favorite- and I'll probably never change it again. :3
3.What inspires you to make the skins you make?
My inspiration really depends on my mood. Usually I am inspired by music, nature, real-life outfits, characters, or even other people's skins. Sometimes a quote or something can also provide inspiration, though this does not happen as often.
4.Goals for PMC?
I think my number-one goal for PMC would be to just do my very best as a skinner, writer, and friend; keep improving because there is always room for it even if it doesn't feel like it.
5.How long have you been playing/uploading on PMC?
I have been a PMC member since 6/28/15, but I went through about a month of inactivity in the fall due to a connection issue. >.< Thankfully that has never happened again!
6.Do you have haters? if so what would you like to say to them?
. I don't often receive hate, but yes, a few people have been nasty to me in the past. I try to get them to see that their behavior is cruel and unnecessary, and ask them how they would feel if someone else said/did the same things to them. If the hating persists, then I will block the person from commenting and such on my profile.
7.Fav skin you've made so far?
My personal (And because I just love the character! xD)
8.Fav mob?
It's a toss-up between the Ender Dragon and the Blaze, although I really like the Ghast as well. They are quite unique and exotic. I have had such fun crafting backstories for how they all came to be. :P
9.Least fav mob?
Hmmm... I would have to say that my least favorite mob would be the Spider, actually; that is, if you are talking about hostile mobs. My least favorite docile mob would likely be either the cow or the chicken. They are just so unoriginal. xD
10.How did you find out about Minecraft?
A family member introduced me to Minecraft just a month or so after it came out, and it was an immediate interest- I played almost every day there for awhile. :3 I began with the Pocket Edition, which was rather difficult given the odd touch-screen controls, and then the XBOX version, and then finally the PC edition; the latter being the preferred now.
11.What is you favorite thing to do in Minecraft?
I love to do cooperative builds with my best friend, Tami, on the server that we play on. This kind of building is a lot of fun, especially because it allows me to do something with my friend that we both really enjoy. :) <3
12.What is your fave block to use in minecraft?
Sea lanterns! I also adore Nether brick and dark oak blocks.
13.What is your fave minecraft biom?
I like the Flower Biomes and the Extreme Hills biomes best; the former is so pretty and serene and the latter is dramatic. :D
14.Where did you come up with your username?
I love Star Wars, and Princess Leia- one of the protagonists- has been my favorite character ever since I was a little girl. xD I recently got interested in the franchise again after rewatching the original trilogy of films, and I decided to change my username on here from Elenwen (my real name) to Leia_.
15.What would you say to your biggest fans who are inspired by you and want to be where your at someday?
Oh dear, I don't really think I have "fans", in that way. :P But honestly, I don't want people to be like me... I want them to be like themselves, to be the very best individual person that they can be, with their own personal styles, likes, dislikes, and shadings. It would be very boring (not to mention odd) to have twenty Leias_ running round. :P Everyone should be themselves and only themselves, because they are amazing with no help from anyone else. ;)
16.Do you have a favorite type of server?
I do like Hunger Games-style servers, so long as everyone is civil to one another when winning, losing, or competing, and no one tries to hack the system. :/
17.did anyone inspire you to use your current style now?
Yes, my style is inspired by Felinka and Oblivion, my two favorite skinners. <3
18.What is your favorite thing about PMC?
The community. I know that is the cliché reply that everyone gives, but it's true. Some of my very best online friends are here, and I love chatting with them and seeing their creations and everything. The majority of people are cordial and mannerly, not snobbish or rude, and that is quite refreshing.
