Please help me

I have a server thatt is 24/7 with: pvp, regular survival without pvp, creative world with plots, spleef, pvp pit, economy, shops. I am also nice to everyone that joins, I posted the server on every site I could think of including here. I bump it everyday. Sometimes even give new players server tours. But I still can't seem to get alot of people on it. It seems like I am paying and looking after a server that no one goes on, I mean it's practically a ghost town( the most I have had on is 20 players out of max 80)......

So I guess what I am asking is how do I get more players on? Please help.
