PLEASE HELP[HUGE SERVER PROBLEM} !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please Help. When I try to log on to any server It makes my computer so slow and laggy. That I have to actully force shut down my computer. The Minecraft window just freezes when it sees logging in. And then stops responding and i have to restart my computer. it isnt outdated and there is nothing wrong with the servers that i looged onto, and my minecraft is the latest version of minecraft. And there is nothing wrong with my minecraft in genrell becuase there is no crashs laggyness or any other thing that is cuasing me to get mega annoyed. Please help, this has never happended to me before and it only just started happening. PLLLEEEAAASSSEEE Help.:x

what kind of processor you have, how much RAM, and what kind of graphic card you have and what OS you have..

Pentium[R] 4 CPU 2.80hz
and i have only 1 GB of RAM which i will upgrade soon. But even with all that then it was working before and nothing like this has ever happended so its no my computer stuffing up.

That computer would not be able to run Minecraft, not even with 2 FPS.. So its your computer that is the problem.

Um dude. im afraid that information is a load of sh*t. My minecraft single player runs at a common FPS limit of 40 and i have 9 mods installed. And on the server the common is about 30. So no dude.......no. And plus i just got a ring from my cousin saying that his computer isn't running the servers either. And he has more then 8GB of RAM one of the best graphics cards, and well should be able to run minecraft[which was working before]. 2 FPS im afraid that info is way off.
