The Problem
Yesterday I was the first time ever in the chat, and I noticed a very big Problem.
The main problem is that it's allowed to advert your submissions in the chat. That means its almost impossible to discuss about skinning or asking for help, because every second message is: "hey take a look at my skins plz" or "plz diamond one of my skins cuz i liek ur skinz too". And that's quite annoying.
How to solve (Version 1)
Change to chat rules. Remove the "It's allowed to advert your submissions, but only once in 15 minutes" and replace it with "Adverting your submissions is considered spam, that means it's forbidden". But In this case, nobody would care and they would still advert. Result: Even more work for the moderators.
How to solve (Version 2)
We need a second channel for discussing about skinning. Then there would be two skin channels: one for adverting your skins and one for discussing and asking for feedback [x1]. Maybe people have to apply for the discussing cannel, in this case only people with experience would be able to join. Then there would be a much higher niveau in this channel, so you can discuss without getting annoyed by all the noobs who only want to get XP.
[x1] Asking for feedback is NOT the same as adverting. Asking for feedback is something like "Can you help me please, I need some feedback for my new shading technique". Adverting is something like "Hey, can some one diamond my new skin: www.planetminecraft.com/skin/xxx"
