Each and every poem here was written from my soul. A piece of it, forever encased in paper, and now, in the digital world of the internet. Read and enjoy my friends.

Inspire
When all else fails, Be Inspired.
Be Inspired to Aspire.
To Aspire to be that which you imagine.
To Aspire to become
That which Children, Men, and Women
Are Inspired yo Aspire to Be.
Aspire to be Inspiration.
Be Inspired to Be Inspiration.
Be Inspired to Aspire to be Inpiration.
When all else fails, Be Inspiration.
Raindrop
I see myself alone,
Alone in a dark room,
Illuminated by a single swinging light.
I see myself looking at a window,
My reflection enhanced,
By Light's glare.
I turn off the light.
I gaze out the window,
To see waterfalls of rain cascading from
The Heavens.
A single raindrop catches my eye,
Picturesque as a woman's face
Illuminated by Moonlight,
And perfect in its form.
In an instant,
It casts upon me my hopes and dreams,
Dreams that mesmerize me,
Of a woman dancing in the rain.
She is swirling and twirling in the Moonlight,
Shrouded by a Tornado of Rain.
And in that instant,
The Raindrop shattered like glass,
Upon the cold, hard pavement,
Shattered into millions of shards,
That even no master craftsman could repair.
And so,
The Raindrop,
A mirror of my hopes and dreams,
Shattered.
Scattered.
My dreams.
The day when raindrops begin to take flight,
The day when those that hold my dreams begin to soar,
That will be the day.
The day when sorrow and anger
Shall free itself of mind and soul
And only Happiness shall reside.
Raindrops, cascading from the sky,
Soaking us with
Happiness.
Naive
Naivete,
Where hast thou gone?
Where has our innocence gone?
Has it fled to warmer skies?
Has it fled this world of war?
Oh, Naivete,
You have left us here
In suffering.
Drinking, Smoking, Warring,
Screaming and Whining,
In Defiance.
Naivete,
Please come back.
We do not wish to wonder,
"Where hast thou gone?"
We wish to be once more,
Naive.

I Wish To Be There
I Wish to be in a Cafe,
I Wish to be there,
To be there with Old Friends.
I Wish to be there in ten years,
And there I will sip a coffee,
Singing my story,
Of Fancy Escapades,
Of Women who got away,
Of People whom I miss,
Of places from whence 've came.
I Wish to be there,
Ten years from now,
I wish to be there,
Hoping for our futures.
I wish to be there,
Hopelessly in love.
But now I can wish,
Then I can Hope,
And Later, I Will.
Until then,
I shall Wish to be There.
To Find Myself
To wander and roam,
With the cool, stiff breeze at my back.
To Find myself,
Hopelessly Lost,
Lost within a Forest
Older than time itself.
To find myself
Gazing upon man from above
On Snowy Mountain Peaks.
To find myself
Among the Glory of our Mothers,
Earth,
Nature,
Upon another world.
