Okay so This was originally one picture so I am converting this into an art blog because why not. Hopefully this is okay for the few people that liked the image, the original picture is still here.

Some basic info: Most of this was done in gimp and a few in ms paint. It's all digital because I think it turns out better than my traditional art but in the future I might update to add some tracitional art. As for tablets, I don't use them because I am one of the crazy people who uses a mouse. Everything in this gallery is done with a mouse.

The best one by far is the one you drew of your friend.
For a second it looked real. =P
That's talent.
What I draw is horrible looking at your art.

thanks! I put a lot of effort because I had drawn a pic of him before and it looked horrible so I wanted to make a better one.

Also don't get down on yourself, most people don't start off amazing (I certainly did not). Keep practicing, learning, and pushing your artistic capabilities and you will improve!

Yeah, well, I've been drawing on a regular basis since I was a little kid and I have progressed a lot. It's just that I don't think I would be able to do that kind of art.
I'm not very realistic in my pictures, I'm more a cartoon type artist. xD
I have been trying to do a picture everyday, and I have gotten better, but I always have this huge mess up that happens that ruins the whole picture.

I kind of want to see that picture you say is really bad now. =P

I actually like cartoony more than realistic but both are useful and cool to do. Realistic drawing is basically extreme observation copying. It is very tiring/ painataking to do but rewarding.

Also, what do you mean by huge mess like old sketch marks you erased?

and since you ask....
here is the original attempt to draw my friend he does not look like a troll human hybrid irl I swear XD (he was amused by the picture)

Yeah, well it would probably be erase marks showing under my drawing, and I'm always pretty careful not to push my pencil too hard but it turns out weird anyhow. xD
Also, he kind of looks like a golem in transformation.
Or somewhat older looking. My sister draws funny pictures like that. xD
