Server Problems!

im having these annoying server problems help me if you can the problems are listed below.

1. the server says it is offline when i clearly have it running on my computer!

2. the server log thing says "warning cant keep up did the system time change or is the server overloaded?" how can i stop this from happening? i think thats why my server wont show as online!

so yeah if you can help me that would be excellent! please help!

The first one means that you haven't set up port forwarding for the server, meaning nobody else can join. That's just an educated guess, but a good one.

The second one means that your computer cannot handle the server; in all essentials, it means massive lag.
