Silk Touch Spawners

I believe silk touch spawners would make many players happy in minecraft. Why wouldn't it, it's useful. I know some people feel as if silk touching spawners and getting the correct mob spawner back is too OP. Personally, I feel, no. For starters, you have to get silk touch, that alone is hard. Not to mention finding spawners, not hard but not exactly simple either. So, why not, might as well put it in, right?
