Many people are having issues with skins (blocky and stolen and stuff) and I was thinking maybe PMC should get a lot of *very* trusted people to monitor the skins, as in when one is uploaded they are notified, they check it out see if any effort or skill is put into it and stuff.
That's what I thought, I make blocky skins all the time because I am working on shading, if people are trying to work on better skins it's totally fine, it's just all these [something popular] in a suit that have already been done that frustrate me...
This is my solution, though it's probably not going to happen.
Also I saw a level 1 guy posting "Blue guy" and "Black guy" and they were just one colour!
EDIT: As Trigger Happy Bunny said, it would be cool if staff alerted if over 50% of the skin was one solid colour, and they could check it out :D
