Ok everyone thanks for clicking on my blog i need help to find out what thing i should download to make a new skin i have some really good ideas for skins and would love to make personal skins for people by request. My problem is i have absolutely no idea what to download or how to do that. Simple instructions will not do i need detailed instuctions for i have no idea what im doing please respond and thanks i wuv u

I KNOW! Try SkinEdit, aka SE. Its free, easy to download, virus free, but its kinda hard to upload things with it. You need to use internet explorer to upload things, as I so. :) AND, if ur confused of where and what things are, its ALL labeled! xD
