Starting My Server

So hey, I've asked around alot about my router and how to port forward it so that me and my friend can make a server. But no matter where i look noeone can help m with my problem. So i have a Cisco its model no. is M20 and i can't find how to port forward this anywhere. I have windows 2007 on an emachine's computer. Can someone please help me. I would really like to start this server for me and my friend.

i've tried to portfoward as well! didn't turn out so great, but there were plenty of tutorials on youtube so try there
