I think everyone has seen a team of 2 or more on any survival games server. They are everywhere, and you can't stop people from doing it. I just wanted to clarify something and express some of my feelings on the topic.
First of all, everyone teams at some point in minecraft sg. You either team with someone you know or team with some random person. But here is the thing about teaming that most people don't see, there are two different types of teaming. Teaming with someone you know, or teaming with a random person you JUST met. I normally do not mind teaming, but I do not team with people I do not know. I'm going to write some more extensive "explainations" of the two types.
Teaming with a friend:
You and a friend could be, let's say recording a video, and you want to team with each other and talk over Skype or teamspeak. That's totally fine in my standards. It still can ruin the game for others which is not ok, but that's when you can use this "tatic" or whatever you want to call it. To avoid people yelling at you, just split up here in there. Don't just stick together all the time at least give people a chance to have a fair fight, BUT you can stay close enough to where if your friend needs you and is running for his/her life you can come to the rescue them. This type of teaming is the much better version, in my opinion, because you know the person and you can trust them.
Teaming with a random player:
You see this all the time in the chat, "Team anyone?! Say 123!!". All the time this is there in the chat. I would just ignore it, then people say "Hey Zac12X team?!" and sometimes the person says yes and sometimes no. The issue I have with this type of teaming is the fact that you don't even KNOW this person. Most of the time that person will betray you and kill you or leave you in a bad situation. In other words you have no sense of trust in this random player. Now I'm not saying I HATE people who do this, but most of the time when I see this happen I try to eleminate one of them. Just so there can be a fair fight and so I don't have to worry about 2 or more people stalking me and trying to murder me.
One thing I do see a lot is people raging and saying things to the teamers which only creates more tension between those players. I can understand they are upset, but is foul language and threats really necessary? All that does is create more tension between those users. For example if someone has played 6 rounds of sg and keeps dying to teamers they are gonna rage! But using foul language isn't really necessary.
That's all I have to write for now! Thank you for reading and I hope you guys can relate to maybe some of this.

I'm not very good at Hunger Games/Survival Games. I've only ever won once, because I suck at PvP. *Katniss also had to work with people she didn't know she could trust in unexpected circumstances. Sometimes it comes down to cooperation or death. Tough choice! o_O
BUT I get your point :)
