TexturePack Artist NEEDED!!!!!

Please i need a texturepack maker and if you are one that can make really good texture packs tell me and ill describe what i want the texturepack to look like: I want it to have some changes to to it but still stays true to the vanilla minecraft we all know and love (well soem of us) For example: BashCraft like their texture pack so the inside of the log isnt showing and sandstone has writings on it wood kinda looks like the wood from Hobos house in BashCraft and cobble is alil more darker jsut a tiny bit, chest looking darker like the wood pumpkins dont have a face on them, doors look like the ones in bashcraft, redstone ont he floor looks like pixel blood splats and when you connect them they look like a blood trail, iron armor looks like the ones from bashcraft and swords iron swords looks better and all the tools look better, food same shape but alittle more detail to them, wild grass looks better, bricks are more darker, and zombie has a dark blue shirt and brown pants, skeletons look the same but will broken armor on them, beds have a dark green color to them and glass blocks and glass panes dont have that outline to them.
