You gathered and toiled to thwart off the deadly,
Punching trees like your life was at stake.
You knew you had 10 minutes of security steady,
Preparing any longer was a risk you didn't take.
Then the sun began its mission to light the other parts,
And the moon rose again to give life to the twisted.
Performing their duty by removing your hearts,
They wanted you dead, and just barely missed it.
In your wooden stronghold you hid in wait,
Staving off those who attacked.
Nearly being vanquished when the creeper blew the gate,
you held strong, and the survivors watch their backs.
And the sun rose again, crimson struck the mountainside,
A flood of great light that to darkness means doom.
It caused those who were fearless to surrender and hide,
While you, the great hero, emerged from your room.
The first and the worst of the 7-minute tests,
For peace and companionship, there isn't a chance.
You're respected by mobs and deserve to be the best,
You've won the great battle and earned your big boy pants.
But the war's just begun, for the caves without light,
Have yet to be challenged by you and your skill.
There's a dragon to vanquish, a Wither to smite,
You shall reign victorious, down to the last kill.
Only if you can be as strong as you know you are,
And never give up in the hardest of fights.
For the only way to obtain that Nether Star,
is to be just as valiant as you were that first night.
