The Noteblock mod - a mod request

Good morning, afternoon, evening and night everybody. You may know me, you probably don't. I'm one of those guys who has many ideas for Minecraft Mods, but no skill in making them and no time to learn how to do so. So, here is my request. I would like a mod created for Noteblocks that changes its mechanics so that you can set a noteblock to anywhere in the normal range of a piano. The GUI contains a small keyboard reference between C and B, and the octave range above it. As I would hope you would know, C4 is middle C, so have it automatically start there. If you can make this mod, please do so. If you can't make this mod or can't be bothered but know someone who can, then please send them the link to this post.
