Now. This is under no circumstances a blog post about complaining how bad or good the contest judges
are , but rather in the comments a debatable question .
In this blog I wil introducing the first ever marking rubric on PMC .
Yeees, there is a little spot in the rules section where it says that the skinner is marked on 
the originality and concept , and technique . But, we need more detail . This blog post should be used by all
judges , including all members of the staff . They should notice if the rubric has a wrong section , shading , hue , etc .
If needed it will change .

• The skin uses some originality
  
• Skin uses adequate design (blocky, etc )
