Introduction:
I burst into PMC chat with 1 thing on my mind, and I asked a series of questionso ¦
What do I mean by this? Well, leto s find out. And before any PMC administrator takes this down, please read the full article.
The Start of the Protest:
I was browsing through the PMC rules and found this,
It states that Single wallpapers/backgrounds/art. They should be posted in one compilation blog. Does it say anything about comics? Nope.
Then I found that in the PMC blogo s section there is a separate section for art, and vice versa for comics. So I burst into chat with these in my minds, and I asked a series of questions to the available moderator. This is what happened,
So instead of PMing 1 site mod after another, I decided to make a blog out of this.
The Comic is not Art Protest:
The rules stated above say nothing about comics, and Art and Comics are separate,
Art is defines aso The expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, "the art of the Renaissance" Comic is defines as causing or meant to cause laughter: "comic and fantastic exaggeration" So with this, you can clearly see that comic and art is not the same thing.
Now while writing this next section, I realized that the rule is kind of unfair. So I started changing my opinion, and started backing up all art/comics in general.
The PMC Protest:
Now let us step away from the literal protest, and step into the PMC protest. Art has to be in 1 blog because, (My theory) It conquered the popular reel, and people started complaining. I didno t know if this was true so I asked a site moderator and said (I paraphrased)
It was due to people pumping out rage comics and various other lower quality art that they themselves didn't put much effort into just for XP, blog = written content, not art
Now, I feel that Com- no Art in 1 blog is horrible. I see many Art blogs that do not get much attention, and even when they update the art in it, people dono t bother to look at the new art, and it doesn't get on the popular reel either. This is very saddening to the artist, so they give up on posting art on PMC and go to a different website.
All art is not evil yes I admit it, I have not liked that some art was on the blogs popular reel, but now since this new rule has been instated I kind of miss it. So I say let go off the art section and comics section in the PMC blogging section, and add an Art Section! But, what do we take out? I suggest we take out Live TV or Members, but it is up to Cyprezz to decide.
Conclusion:
It all leads up to the community to decide, we can say o hey look smanrto s blog is stupid *troll *troll *trollo , or we can stand up and protest, but not bash or shout or cause anger/irritation, but with protest that can lead to people actually answering in civilian like terms, being with or against your opinion.
Writing this blog, I was all in for comics being in separate blogs, but it started with comics, and the protest ended with art in general. I feel that all comic authors and artist are the same in mind, and both deserve to be free with uploads, and not confined by a rule.

If you want to post art, DEAL WITH THE RULES, or GO TO ANOTHER SITE, like DevitantArt, because I'm sure you know why art on multiple blogs because you actually said it in the blog.
Second, I still want a full explanation why comics aren't art when about like 60% of the actual comic strip itself is in the art. If art is in the comic, why not call the comic art? I have never seen a comic strip that only had words on it. Actually, the words themselves CAN be called art. But either way, your loop-hole is flawed.
*edit* Blogs, not Bogs. Probably wasn't that far off though
