The Problem With PvP

Okay, so as some of you might know, I'm a good PvPer for Minecraft 1.19 and 1.8. As of this moment, I am retiring from PvP for the following main reasons:
  1. Hack clients in 2023 are undetectable. For the past week, I've been noticing people having 5-block reach and the anti-cheats not working. For example, the new hack client, whose name I won't say for TOS reasons, is 100% undetectable by any anti-cheat. You can literally have 10-block reach and it won't get detected. I'm not even kidding.
  2. The community is not as fun anymore. Back in 2020, it was all for fun and good game/good fight (GG/GF). But now, it's all "easy," "L," and "bozo."
  3. PvP content is scripted, which takes away some of the fun from PvP.
  4. Every time you win, there will be that one player who says "oh bro it's because of your ping" or "it's just lag" or "I'm better."

Every PvPer out there understands what I'm saying. Even Lurn, a good PvPer and well-known member of the PvP community, retired for two of the same reasons I just listed: 1 and 2.

The people that don’t actually enjoy pvp make it suck for everyone else by cheating so they can feel good. PvP is in a sorry state, particularly on servers.
