Darkness, eternal darkness. It stretches in every direction without end consuming everything and anything in its way. I have now entered this world and will be forever trapped until the last of the light within my heart and soul vanishes and then I too shall become another meal for this place. Looking back through the years I can see what I have done to deserve this fate, the crimes I committed to many people the pain and anger I birthed forth. Each person I have wronged I could see clearly in my mind, the tears some shed, the hate some radiated and the curses many shouted, why had I done these things, the killings, the destruction, the defilement. As a being born of dark magic I guess I should have guessed these things would come naturally to me in fact each crime increased my strength, each terrible thing reinforced the darkness in my being, until I met her that is her gentle face, the fact she did not fear me. The time I spent with her made me so very ...... happy, even though I was at her home to destroy everyone and everything. However when she found me in the woods after she had gotten lost I could not help but feel sorry for her and after helping her home and seeing what her life was like made me feel the need to help somehow. It's kind of funny then that even though I did my best to repay all my crimes but it was not enough to redeem myself.
