Hello, all! Oceanus5000 here, with a new blog specially made for you mod/resource pack makers out there! This will give you some helpful hints and tips for making the best mod/resource pack you can! ;D

Tip #1: Constructive criticism
Always try to take the time to read comments and suggestions on your mod/resource pack. Usually, there's something constructive in there, and it can help you make the mod or resource pack you're making for the public better!

Tip #2: Listen to the people!
There are people who canhelp you with your little project(s). Never be afraid to ask what people want in the next update for your mod or resource pack! Unless the person is saying something ludicrous like "Add the ability to poop!" or something like that, take peoples' opinions seriously.

Tip #3: Keep it original
I've seen many modmakers steal ideas from others, without their permission(s). It really gets under my skin, because it's like that pirating video you watched in high school or something: "You wouldn't steal a car. You wouldn't steal a T.V. (if you had some actual sense)" So why would you steal someone's ideas and make them your own? I'm sure you could come up with something really amazing if you put some thought and planning into it.

These are a few of the many tips I have for all you users who make mods and resource packs. I hope these help you in getting more popularity with your projects, and hope to see you on my sub list someday.

Peace, love, and tridents,
-Oceanus5000
