To Every Server Creator:

This is a message to everyone who owns their own server and has people play on it. Whether it be their friends or other people. To make a good server, you must make the players feel like they belong and helped the server become what it is. I don't know about anyone else, but I despise going onto a server and they have a massive town built around the spawn point. That makes me feel disconnected from everything that is going on. A server should be a large or small group of people that equally contribute to making their own little community in Minecraft and not just build the coolest thing so people can look at it. If people wanted to look at cool structures they would go onto a Minecraft forum or Google Images and see pictures of structures people have built. So like I said, Minecraft servers should draw the players in and make them feel like they are helping the server become awesome. So server creators, you should welcome the new members and ask them if they would like to help create something when they get their start. I leave you with this: Minecraft is supposed to be fun for everyone and not just a gallery where people can come and look at your town or sculpture.
