Yes, I'm doing requests. ^-^ But there are some Instructions/Rules. (Yes, I put it in all caps so it's easier to catch.)
1. Have patience....Please.
2. If you don't know my quality then look at some of these: 1 and 2 examples.
3. Don't be rude.
4. Don't get upset if I don't do it. If I can't, I'll more than likely tell you why. (Somethings may be hard for me, too....)
5. .....I don't think I have a 5th Instruction/Rule. ><''!
Also, you can PM or Comment below to request a skin. But they will ALL be submitted into public. (That means no "private" skin requests.)
