Hello fellow minecrafters! I recently downloaded the uniex program Gimp. so I can blur and/or smudge my minecraft skins I upload, almost, weekly onto PMC. The only problem is when I tried to upload a skin it said it was transparent. Now, when I looked at it when on MCSkinEdit it showed the blurring/ smudging on the drawing plane (where you place the pixels) but, on the figurine (the guy that runs weird) it showed black splotches. I am now really stuck and don't know what to do. I mean.....I just....worked on the skin so hard and just don't want to start over or give up.

I can help ;) i use GIMP too

one way that makes it really easy is if you have paint,

open your skin in paint and save, then take it into gimp and select the eraser, in the settings check "hard edge" and erase all the white :) then save.
