You might know about the Snapshot: 13w02a?
And this has made all the Texture Packs Useless.
Just, this is not good.
Mojang, if you read this, please.
Don't let this happen.
All Texture Packs are destroyed.

P.S. if i were you i will change your Snapshot to 13w01b

ah dear, you clearly didn't read it at all did you,it's a simple format change that makes it easier for texture pack artists, easier to animate and there's a program that changes old format to new. Just as eRKSToCK said.

Haha, I'm actually a texturer myself and this totally wont be a problem (unless you use old discontinued packs) Dinnerbone actually made a program called "unstitcher" that updates the texturepacks to the new 1.5 format for you automatically
